Quick Tip #4 - Create a Dashboard for Yourself

It can make your life easier to set up a dashboard that you (and possibly other admins) can use in your daily work. Some ideas to add to your dashboard:

Company Search Report

I like to add a Company report with columns for Name and GSID, this makes it easy to search for an account quickly

Data Discrepancy Report

for keeping on top of something that will cause problems later. For example, if I stamp a date on an account the first time it is assigned a CSM, I could add a report that shows CSM-assigned accounts with no date stamp

System/Record Compare Report

to make sure records are matching between systems. For example, if I sync accounts from SFDC to Gainsight, I want to make sure I know if an account has been removed from SFDC so I can merge or delete accounts in Gainsight

Have you ever set up an admin dashboard for yourself? What types of reports do you find useful?
