When designing Dashboard and R/C360 pages, it's a good idea to avoid overwhelming users with too many tabular reports. One way to do this is to use widgets. This will help keep things visual, focused, and actionable.

Widget Example

You are building a Renewal Dashboard based on your Renewal CTA process. At the top, you could add a row of widgets that display key information like the number of open CTAs, the number of overdue CTAs, and the ARR of the accounts with overdue CTAs.

This allows viewers of the dashboard to get a quick view of some key data.

You can also customize the tabular report that appears when you click on the number in the widget. Put yourself in the shoes of someone viewing this report, and add any fields that may be helpful.

For example, if you click on the "Overdue Renewal CTAs" widget, it may be helpful to see which account the CTA is own, the CSM, the account ARR, and what the due date was.
