Quick Tip #2 - Send Failure Notifications to Slack

To send failure notifications to Slack:

1. (Recommended) Create a new Slack channel specifically for Gainsight notifications
2. Follow the instructions in the Slack documentation to create an email address for a channel https://slack.com/help/articles/206819278-Send-emails-to-Slack
3. Use the new email address when setting up notifications for your rules, connector jobs, etc.
